The Caldwell City Council was scheduled on Tuesday, Nov. 19, to hold public hearings and to take action on preliminary reports for an in-development zoning ordinance and updated building codes.
GrantWorks of Austin, the city’s grant writer, was scheduled to make the presentations during a public hearing, and the council could take action to approve the preliminary reports after the presentations.
