Burleson County has received another payment in the ongoing opioid settlement agreement, this time for $5,290.
The county commissioners at their Monday, Dec. 9, meeting authorized County Judge Keith Schroeder to execute the agreement regarding a settlement offer from Kroger as part of the Texas opioid multidistrict litigation.
