A former Burleson County jailer has been charged with improper sexual activity with a person in custody.
Marshall O’Donnell turned himself in to the Brazos County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, Dec. 3, and remained in custody there on $6,000 bond, said Burleson County Chief Deputy Bill Rios.
