Go Texan fundraiser raises $60,000 for scholarships

The Burleson County Go Texan Association’s annual scholarship fundraiser was held Saturday, Feb. 1, at the Burleson County Expo Center and raised $60,000 for scholarships for local youth, with $48,000 of that total just from Saturday’s live auction.
The event included live music by Crossroads, silent and live auctions and concessions by the Ol’ Army Cookers.
