The Post Oak Savannah Groundwater Conservation District Board consulted with its attorney at their Tuesday, Feb. 11 meeting, on a lawsuit filed against them in Milam County by SLR (Sandow Lakes Ranch) Property I, LP, that objects to the district’s newly approved rules.
The consultation was in executive session, and there was no discussion or action after they reconvened back into open session.
