The Post Oak Savannah Groundwater Conservation District (POSGCD) has agreed to a settlement agreement in a lawsuit filed against them by SLR (Sandow Lakes Ranch) Property I, LP.
The POSGCD Board of Directors unanimously agreed to the settlement at their Tuesday, March 11, monthly meeting following an executive session.
