The Post Oak Savannah Groundwater Conservation District (POSGCD) has filed its response to a lawsuit filed against them by SLR (Sandow Lakes Ranch) Property I, LP, that objects to the district’s newly approved rules.
POSGCD is seeking a motion for dismissal, saying the case has no basis in law or fact and asks the court to dismiss it for lack of jurisdiction, according to the district’s filing.
