Tesla of Austin is planning an eight-station, electric vehicle charging station in Caldwell on State Highway 21 East near Whataburger.
The site is now under construction, according to Forrest Williams, the City of Caldwell’s Director of Administrative Services.
Tesla has submitted its plans for the station to the city and secured the necessary permits for the project to proceed, Williams said.
