Commissioners approve more guidelines for subdivision regs

Burleson County Commissioners have approved a 13-step internal procedure checklist and an engineering checklist to the county’s subdivision regulations.The commissioners unanimously approved the revisions at their Monday, March 10, meeting.

Caldwell to get $4.3M in city hall settlement

The City of Caldwell has accepted a $4.3 million settlement in its litigation against IKLO Construction of Houston and IKLO’s performance bond surety regarding IKLO’s construction of the city hall complex.The city council in a special Thursday, Feb. 27, meeting unanimously accepted the settlement.
