Lone Star Healthy Streams workshop set for Feb. 20

A Lone Star Healthy Streams workshop on the Big Elm Creek watershed will be held Feb. 20 from 9 a.m. to noon in Milano.The free workshop for residents in Bell and Milam counties will be held at the Post Oak Savannah Groundwater Conservation District office, 310 Ave. C.Lunch will be included.

Caldwell sets public hearing on zoning ordinance

A public hearing concerning development of a zoning ordinance and map to guide development in Caldwell will be held at the Tuesday, Feb. 18, Caldwell City Council meeting.The council will meet at 5:30 p.m. at the Caldwell Civic and Visitor Center.

Chocolate, Champagne, Cake Walk gifts county a sweet treat

The 10th annual Chocolate, Champagne and Cake Walk, hosted by Caldwell Main Street on Saturday, Feb. 8, was a success with participants and business owners alike.
