Elida Huron of Snook, has been named to Southern New Hampshire University’s Fall 2025 Dean’s List.Full-time undergraduate students who have earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.5 to 3.699 for the reporting term are named to the Dean’s List.

County sales tax shows decrease in January

Sales tax revenues showed a decrease for January 2026 from January 2025 for Burleson County in Acting Texas Comptroller Kelly Hancock’s latest monthly report.However, all cities within the county showed increases, according to the acting comptroller.
