Thomas Tietjen of Caldwell was recently announced as one of the winners of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) Big Time Texas Hunts (BTTH) for the Ultimate Mule Deer Hunt.TPWD notified 14 winners of their random selection from the pool of 162,421 entries, which raised more than $1.
