The Caldwell Hornets got off to a bad start, trailing 34-0 at halftime, and lost 41-0 last Friday in their season opener at Groesbeck.
The Hornet defense surrendered 444 total yards, include 295 passing and 149 rushing, while struggling on offense with just three first downs and 62 total yards, 40 passing and 22 rushing.
