A 47-year-old Alice man was arrested on Wednesday, May 8, by the DPS on a felony drug charge following an accident on F.M. 166.
Steve Cruz was charged with possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1, less than 1 gram, a state jail felony and remains in Burleson County custody on $7,500 bond, according to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.
