A 22-year-old Caldwell man was arrested by a DPS trooper on Tuesday, Sept. 17, on a thirddegree felony charge of tampering with physical evidence charge on State Highway 36.
Nicholas Dechristlyn Johnson was charged and is now free on $5,000 bond, according to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.
