A 44-year-old Cade Lake man was arrested on Friday, Nov. 15, on a Class A misdemeanor charge of terroristic threat against a public servant after threatening a volunteer firefighter who responded to his burn ban violation.
Burleson County Chief Deputy Bill Rios said a man approached the firefighter, yelled at her, picked up a tire iron and swung it in her direction as she approached him.
