Felony drug possession charges against a Caldwell man and a Forney man arrested in July were refused on Wednesday, Dec. 11, by the Burleson County Attorney’s Office.
Charges of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1 against Jereme Carroll Yourre, 44, of Caldwell and Harley Wayne Parker, 38, of Forney were refused, according to the Burleson County Attorney Susan Deski.
