A story in the Jan. 16 edition of the Burleson County Tribune incorrectly reported where Jeffrey Discher Jr., was from.
Discher, who died in the accident, was a Burleson County resident, not from Port Arthur.
Incorrect information was provided to the Tribune.
DPS Sgt. Justin Stohler added that Discher lived near the accident scene, and the accident occurred shortly after he left the house.
