THIS ACCIDENT OCCURRED on Monday morning, Feb. 3, at the intersection of State Highways 21 and 36 in Caldwell. Caldwell police investigated, but no information was available at press time.
A Madisonville man remains in Burleson County custody on a felony assault charge in connection with a Jan. 7 attack on a woman.
Damon Jvarr Swain, 41, was charged and remains in Burleson County custody on $5,000 in bond, according to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.
Swain was arrested on Jan. 28 on a warrant, according to the sheriff’s office.
