The Post Oak Savannah Groundwater Conservation District Board was again scheduled to consult with its attorney at their Tuesday, Feb. 11 meeting, on a lawsuit filed against them in Milam County by SLR (Sandow Lakes Ranch) Property I, LP, that objects to the district’s newly approved rules.
