A Caldwell woman was arrested on a charge of debit card/ credit card abuse on Monday, February 17.
Holly Crossland, 41, was charged with debit card abuse of elderly, a third-degree felony, and is out of jail on $5,000 bond, according to a Caldwell Police Department report.
