The Texas Railroad Commission (RRC) issued no new oil well drilling permits in Burleson County in February.
The RRC report is for newly approved permits in the county, not for drill sites which were previously permitted.
Production in the county in January included 72,040 barrels of oil, 136,027 Mcf of casing head gas, 15,216 Mcf of gas well gas and 345 barrels of condensate.
