A man assaulted a woman holding a baby on Thursday, April 3, on County Road 229, drug her out of the house and then poured antifreeze on her and the child before fleeing with a gun into a nearby wooded area.
The incident occurred in the 1500 block at about 7:30 p.m., and Burleson County sheriff’s deputies responded to the scene, said Chief Deputy Bill Rios.
