Yeguas open strong, beat Normangee

The Somerville Yeguas dominated offensively and defensively in a 21-0 season-opening win over Normangee last Friday in Somerville.The Yeguas scored on three mostly quickstrike scoring drives with quarterback Ian Teague leading the way with 199 rushing yards.

CHS tennis blanks Austin Northeast

Last Wednesday, the Caldwell High School tennis team defeated Austin Northeast 10-0 at the Caldwell High School Tennis Center.Individual Results from the match were: * Dylan Chapman and Cayden Zboril defeated Milo Araujo and Ignacio Araujo 8-0.

CHS XC runners compete at Bellville

Caldwell High School cross country runners competed in the 31st Annual Bellville Booster Club XC Invitational last Saturday.Both varsity girl runers finished in the top 15, with Hannah Muzny finishing 10th with a time of 16:18.00 and Maddy Faust finishing 13th with a time of 17:15.
