The Caldwell City Council was scheduled to authorize the sale of a $1.2 million tax note for roadway and public infrastructure improvements and equipment needs at its Tuesday, Aug. 18, meeting.
The tax note, which includes administrative costs, will be paid back of seven years, with the city paying as much as possible in 2027, followed by lower payments over the next six years.
