The Caldwell City Council approved a $1.2 million tax note, issued by Prosperity Bank at a 3.95% interest rate, at its Tuesday, Aug. 18, meeting.
The tax note will fund roadway and infrastructure improvements, four vehicles for the city and park related capital improvements and equipment.
