Due to a clerical issue with a Caldwell police accident report, an error was made in the identification of a man who was one of the drivers in a July 10 accident on State Highway 21 West.
The driver of the white, 2016 Lincoln SUV was Scott David Oshan, 62, of Caldwell, according to the corrected accident report.
It was not Danny Dean Koerth, 45, of Caldwell.
