Elizabeth Lutheran Church receives $25k LCRA grant

    The Elizabeth Lutheran Church in Caldwell will soon be home to a revitalized playground and outdoor area, thanks to a $25,000 community grant from the Lower Colorado RiverAuthority (LCRA).
