A Clay man was arrested by Caldwell police early Sunday, July 5, on a felony indecency with a child charge in connection with an incident involving a 16-year-old girl.
Robert Deshawn Lee Carter Jr., 19, was charged and remains in Burleson County custody on $50,000 bond, according to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.
