A College Station man traveling as a passenger in a car was arrested on Friday night, Aug. 7, on a felony drug possession charge following a Caldwell police traffic stop on State Highway 21 West.
The driver, a Georgetown woman, was also arrested and charged with Class B misdemeanor marijuana possession.
