A Caldwell area man was arrested on Wednesday, June 24, on a felony theft of livestock charge in connection with possession of a nearby property owner’s cow.
Henry Joe Lawrence Smith, 88, was charged and is now free on $5,000 bond, according to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.
