The Somerville City Council approved a 66.198 cent tax rate and a $2,599,200 budget at its Tuesday, Sept. 8, meeting at City Hall.
That includes $1,132,487 for the general fund.
The council approved the tax rate on a 3-1 vote with council members Skipper Murray, Debra Coleman and Jeff Schoppe voting yes, and Delfino Orozco voting no.
