Burleson County Commissioners are proposing increased salaries for elected officials and employees, citing a recent survey showing that the county lags far behind similar sized counties.
As part of that effort, the raises for the counties sheriff ’s deputies and constables will allow the county to qualify for new state grant funding to help offset their costs.
