A Caldwell man was arrested early Sunday, Aug. 16, on a felony possession of a controlled substance charge after a Caldwell police traffic stop on South Porter Street.
Isaias Flores, 21, was charged with possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 2, less than 1 gram, a state jail felony and is now free on $5,000 bond, according to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.
