Two men were arrested on Monday, July 27, on felony and misdemeanor drug charges after a traffic stop by DPS Trooper Brodie Reynolds.
Donald Couch, 53, of Round Rock and Evan Anderson, 33, of Austin were each charged with felony possession of a substance in Penalty Group 1, less than 1 gram and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, according to the DPS office.
