Billy Wayne Storm, 73, of Pennington Gap, Virginia, formerly of Caldwell, Texas, was born on Jan. 14, 1951, in Brenham, Texas, to Billy and Janet Storm.
He died on Friday, Feb. 16, 2024 at Lee County Community Hospital.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Glenda Storm.
He is survived by his girlfriend, Barbara Brymer; one sister; one brother; two sons; two grandchildren; two uncles; and many other family members and friends.
