Sarah Elizabeth Moore, 58, of Caldwell, Texas, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Tuesday February 6, 2024.

A public visitation was held from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. in the chapel at Phillips & Luckey Funeral on Friday, February 9, 2024.

Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m.

Interment followed at Chriesman Cemetery in Caldwell. Lon Elkins officiated.

Sarah was born on August 27, 1965, to Clyde Allen Moore and Fannie Mae (Nelson) Moore in Dallas, Texas. She was one of five siblings.

Sarah graduated from Caldwell High School and worked for Walmart for over 30 years.

She loved being in the garden center for the last 20 years. She loved having the opportunity to visit with her customers and was well known for her kindness as well as her service there.

Sarah loved her cats, especially those she would find and nurse back to health. Her favorite one of all is her seventeen year old cat named Wilson.

Sarah was a member of the Church of Christ in Caldwell.

Sarah was preceded in death by both her maternal and paternal grandparents; and her brother-in-law, Charles (Hank) Rose.

She is survived by her parents, Clyde Allen Moore and Fannie Mae (Nelson) Moore of Caldwell, Texas; brother, Nelson Moore and his wife, Carmen, of Golson and their children, Lauren Helpert Aquilla and her husband, Karl, Carson Moore of Golson, Dalton Moore of Fort Worth and Kailey Kim and husband, Edward, of El Paso, Texas. She is also survived by her sisters, Rebecca Graham and her husband, David, of Caldwell and their children, Monica Graham, Ashley Butcheck of Ledbetter and her husband, Dakota, and Calebe Graham of Caldwell, as well as Thomas Graham and his wife, Brittany; Cheryl Rose and her children, Shelby-Lynn Duplichan and her husband, Gabe, of Ledbetter and Elias Rose of Caldwell; Mary Sacksteder and her spouse, Lauren, of Tennessee.

Serving as pallbearers were Dalton Moore, Carson Moore, Elias Rose, Thomas Graham, Gabe Duplichan, Caleb Graham, Kenny Moore and Keith Webb.
