A Mass of Christian Burial for Jesus Gutierrez, 52, of Somerville, Texas, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023, at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Somerville. Jesus was born on Dec. 24, 1970, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to Jaun Pablo Gutierrez and Herminia (Flores) Gutierrez.

Lillian Mary Pivonka, 94, of Caldwell, passed away in Georgetown, Texas, Thursday, October 12, 2023. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, October 21, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Father Melvin Dornak as officiant. The burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation and family gathering will be held Friday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. with the Holy Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. by Father Melvin Dornak.
