The Caldwell City Council has approved a 30% pay increase for City Administrator Camden White, getting him to market value comparable to other similar sized cities.
The council unanimously approved the increase from $131,000 annually to $170,000 in a special Tuesday, Oct. 29, meeting after an executive session of one hour and 15 minutes.
Alderman Kavon Novak did not attend the meeting.
