A Hull Street rental property owner is asking the Caldwell City Council for a solution to a drainage problem he believes was created by a nearby subdivision drainage system.
Steve Burgess told the city council at their Tuesday, Oct. 15, meeting that a drainage system at the nearby Rubicon Subdivision is causing water to pond onto his rental property at 923 Hull Street.
