The Caldwell City Council scheduled a special meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 29, for a closed session performance evaluation of Caldwell City Administrator Camden White.
The council was scheduled to reconvene back into open session and take possible action on matters discussed in the closed session, according to the agenda.
