A 54-year-old Caldwell man was arrested on Saturday, Oct. 19, on a felony theft charge in connection with food stolen from Brookshire Brothers in Caldwell.
Terry Wayne Kirven was charged with theft with two or more previous convictions and remains in Burleson County custody on $5,000 bond, according to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.
