A four-vehicle major accident occurred on Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 5, on State Highway 21 East at the County Road 300 intersection, sending four persons to the hospital.
The accident occurred at 3:30 p.m. when the driver of a white, Peterbilt, semi-trailer rig failed to maintain his speed and hit the back of a white Toyota Camry, said Caldwell Police Officer Frank Muscarella.
