A Caldwell man was arrested on Monday, Oct. 7, on a felony stalking warrant in connection with harassment of a Beaver Creek woman.
Billy Carl Fannin Jr., 25, was charged and remains in Burleson County custody on $10,000 in bond on that charge, according to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.
He was also arrested on seven other misdemeanor charges, according to the sheriff’s office.
