A Somerville woman was arrested on Wednesday night, Oct. 23, on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years old following a traffic accident on State Highway 36 South near County Road 119.
Melinda Nicole Smith was charged and is now free on $2,500 bond, according to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.
