A Caldwell police officer arrested a man from Mexico on Sunday, May 10, on a felony drug possession charge after a traffic stop along State Highway 21 West.

Man charged in unauthorized use

A 17-year-old Caldwell area man was arrested on Sunday morning, May 10, on a felony unauthorized use of a motor vehicle charge.Braylon Javon Knoxson was charged and remains in Burleson County custody on $2,500 bond, according to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.

Man charged in assault case

A Caldwell area man was arrested on Friday, May 8, on a felony charge of assault on a pregnant person.Joshua Allen Genzer, 42, was charged and is now free on $15,000 bond, according to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.
