A memorial service for Robert William Brandenburg, 86, will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 19, 2022, at the Burleson County Cowboy Church, 300 CR 169, Caldwell.

Robert was born on Aug. 30, 1935, in Fulton, Mo., to Nancy and Ira Brandenburg.

Robert was an Air Force Veteran who served in the Korean War.

Robert lived a full rewarding life. He loved God, country, family, and music. He loved playing the guitar and mandolin for family and friends. One of his favorite songs that brought a lot of joy to him, and his children, grandchildren and greatgrandchildren was “There is a hole in the bottom of the sea.”

He was a man of many talents and held various jobs throughout his lifetime. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend and will be deeply and truly missed.

He died on Saturday, March 5, 2022.

Robert is survived by two children; two granddaughters; five great-grandchildren; and many family members.
