The Caldwell City Council was scheduled to discuss and possibly take action on capital improvement projects for the parks and recreation department at their Tuesday, Oct. 15, meeting.
The council is considering what projects are possible using oil royalty funds from the John E. Hejl estate, said City Administrator Camden White.
Hejl left those funds to the city for park use, he said.
