A Caldwell man was arrested on Friday, Oct. 18, on a burglary of a building warrant in connection with a Sept. 2 break-in at the Caldwell Smoke and Vape Shop on State Highway 21 West.
Cody Edward Herndon was charged with burglary of a building and remains in Burleson County custody on $5,000 bond, according to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.
