    VFW Post 4458 recently announced its winners of the Voice of Democracy and Patriot’s Pen contests -- with Caldwell High School senior Kate Hill winning the top prize in the Voice of Democracy Contest and Caldwell seventh-grader Kelsey Becka winning the Patriot’s Pen Contest.

    Voice of Democracy and Patriot’s Pen are scholarship programs open to public, private, parochial and home schooled students.
